Come relax in the mountains. Sleep in. Hike the nearby trails. Read a book on the deck. Share a meal with friends. Enjoy all that nature has to offer with the comforts of home.

The space

Our cabin is perfect for design minded travelers who want an escape to the woods. The floor to ceiling windows and exposed beams frame a long distance view out over the forest. It truly feels like no one else is around for miles.

There is a bedroom on the main level and a loft upstairs (each has a full size bed).

The kitchen is fully equipped (including a Keurig coffee machine stocked with coffee and cider), and all bathroom necessities are included.

Media amenities include Apple TV with access to HBO Go, Hulu, and Netflix, as well as a bluetooth speaker to play your own tunes.

Guest access

The entire cabin is available for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Interaction with guests

Guests will self check in/out via electronic lock and keypad. My wife and I will always be available by cell phone if you have questions, and we have a lovely neighbor on the mountain who's available to assist on site when needed. We visit the cabin about once a month to unwind from city life ourselves, and we make it available to guests when we aren't around. We fell in love with the place and hope you do too.

Other things to note

If you come up in winter, please be prepared with tire chains and/or four wheel drive, and be sure to check weather conditions before you depart.

This place was incredible! We stayed at the cabin for a long weekend and could not have imagined a better escape from the city-grind. The place was exactly how it was described, efficient and had everything we needed. The hosts were super responsive, attentive and clearly take pride in their place. If we ever come back to the area, we will for sure look up this place. Thanks!

While the drive up to the cabin can be a little long from the city, once you're there you remember why you left it. The space is beautiful. Highly recommend it to anyone needing to escape the shitty real world. Definitely coming back.

My wife and I are from Los Angeles and like visiting interesting places. I stay in too many generic hotel rooms for work, so I like to find unique spots while traveling for fun. We're glad to be able to share our A-Frame Cabin in the mountains with other discerning travelers.
