Luxury suite with fitted aircon unit. Right behind Leicester Square, just 5 mins walk to Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus & Oxford Street. I live in a self-contained suite in the same flat but am rarely there. So most of the time you can have the flat to yourself, and when I am there you will have your own self contained private area and your own bathroom!

We are a professional short let management company with operations in major UK cities. We meet and exceed the COVID-19 cleaning guidelines set out by the WHO and the UK Government to guarantee the safety of our guests.

- Our professional cleaners only use alcohol and bleach based products
- Spend extra time disinfecting high touch surfaces such as switches, knobs, handles, remotes
- All of our cleaners wear gloves and face masks.

The space
My flat has been designed to provide guests with the same experience you would have in a luxury hotel suite. In addition to a bedroom and living area, you have a separate kitchen, hallway and a private bathroom. The bedroom contains an air conditioning unit, which is extremely rare to find in London!

Everything looks exactly like the pictures. What you see is all brand new, top quality furniture and design. The marble tiled private bathroom is exclusively for the use of guests and there’s a stunning, compact kitchen with bar area.

I also live in the flat in a separate, self-contained suite with my own bathroom that is connected to your living area via the hallway. I travel a lot with work, however, and am rarely ever there.

Any drinks in refrigerator, fruits and coffee (to be used with brand new Kitchenaid Nespresso machine) are all complimentary. You will be provided with linen, towels, and toiletries.

A hotel suite in a 5-star boutique hotel in this part of London would cost you many times the price of this! Additionally, you have a fully equipped kitchen. Cleaning is provided weekly during your stay.

If I am not available because of travelling abroad, my management and cleaning service will take care of any questions and/or issues.

Please note that due to its location there will be noise outside the flat as it is a busy (and exciting!) area of the city. This does not tend to bother the vast majority of my guests but do be aware that there can be some noise heard from the street sometimes.

Covent Garden with all it’s shops and restaurants is just 5 minutes on foot. There are literally hundreds of the city’s best bars and nightspots within a short walk of the front door. It really is the perfect base both for exploring the City as a tourist and for business travellers looking to be close to where the action happens.
