Listed 2-star house of approximately 60 m² with a fenced courtyard, 500 m from the sea and the port. Shops and market 300m away. Our house: - On the ground floor: kitchen, dining room and living room. Shower room & separate WC.
- upstairs, 2 real bedrooms, steep stairs, a master bedroom with a 140 bed and a bedroom with 3 beds of 90. Outside, you will find a cellar with a washing machine and you can store your bikes. A terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.

In the heart of the Atlantic, La Cotinière is a village on the west coast of the island of Oléron. It is part of the commune of Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron, in the department of Charente-Maritime.
The climate is oceanic, the summers are warm, and the winters are mild. The sunshine of the Charente coast is very important.
The habitat is organized around the port, the first artisanal fishing port of Charente-Maritime, the 7th national port. Some 300 fishermen work there. The economy is naturally turned towards maritime activities, auction, fisheries, boat repair workshops, but also tourism. La Cotinière is the second tourist site of Charente-Maritime. The centre of the village is home to many shops: bicycle rental, pastries, ice cream parlours, press, post office, tobacco shop, butcher shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar, hairdresser, market, fish market, bank with ATM, tourist office, school, church and various tourist shops. Another symbol, the lighthouse painted in white and red that delimits the entrance to the port.
All is in walking distance if you want to leave your car at the parking lot. Equally close to the north and south of the island is a great starting point for your excursions. Bicycle path nearby.
