Our place is a comfortable spot at an incredible location. You have access to the subway, supermarket, local indy cinema, a pool hall, great food, Harvard, MIT, Central Square, the list goes on... If you are here for work, you are right next to Kendall Square. Whether for a conference, visiting MIT, Harvard, or just leisure, this place is perfect. A cozy quiet home waiting for you just close enough to anything you may need.

On-street parking permit available at $5 per day.

The space

This is a three-bedroom apartment. In addition to bedding, you'll have access to a fully stocked kitchen. The water pressure in the bathroom is great.

Guest access

You will have access to:
- your room (exclusive)
- living room
- kitchen
- bathroom
- coin-op washer/dryer in the basement

Interaction with guests

If you need any guidance, happy to assist!

Other things to note

A few important things to note:

A) COVERS - we wash duvet covers. I find the whole thing at hotels with unwashed comforter + clean top-sheet not very clean, so we ALWAYS do fresh linens, including duvet covers. If you would also like a top-sheet, please let us know and we are happy to provide.

B) FEEDBACK - If you feel something could be improved, please tell us directly and will appreciate it tremendously. Please keep in mind that we are not a hotel - this is our home.

C) BATHROOMS - our place is actually two floors, and we AirBnB four rooms in total. If the bathroom on your floor is occupied, please feel free to skip to the other floor and use the bathroom there.

Really enjoyed staying at Nikita’s place. Joya and Nikita were very responsive and flexible with check in time. Would recommend!

The walk to the T couldn't have been more than fifteen minutes, and the neighborhood felt safe. I never met Nikita, but I did meet Joya, and had a wonderful stay. We asked Joya for extra towels, which she immediately provided, so that was nice. There were others who stayed during our stay, but they were all pleasant as well. The walk to MIT was also very short.

It's a good place! When I and my friend stay there, I feel like I'm at home. Joya and Nikita are very kind. And Nikita give me some suggestions for traveling, not only Boston but also New York. This is our first time to stay in airbnb and it's good! It's a safety place and quite. But there is no elevator so if you have a lot of things, you can think about this. But it's still really great for us.

Thanks a lot for staying at your cozy home. Joya was very helpful and we could check in earlier. The location of the flat is nice, quiet and there are good restaurants near by.

I had an event at MIT, and this place was perfect! It fit my budget, was walking distance to where I needed to be, was clean and quiet. I definitely recommend it!

Nikita and Joya are very friendly. They responded immediately when I have any questions. Though our room was changed because someone wants to change with us, the room is stills good for us. The place is easy to find. 15 minutes walk to Red line. 10 minutes Uber to Harvard university.

Response from Nikita:
Hi Juiho! Glad to host you, and thank you for being a great guest. We want to again clarify that the proposed room change was to better accommodate your family, given that you were traveling with an infant child! More space around the bed and closer to the bathroom/kitchen area. Also less worry about disturbing other guests. :)

The room is well cleaned and there's all I need (including a air conditioner and a radiator). The neighbourhood is quite so one can definitely slept well. Worth the price!

I've been living in Cambridge/Boston since 2007, at which time I came here for a startup. Now I run a surgical video journal based out of downtown Boston. Really enjoy traveling, meeting new people, and sharing stories and experiences.
