Nestled in an elevated position with sweeping views across the Luxulyan Valley, Sycamore Cottage offers the perfect blend of peaceful seclusion and easy access to Cornwall’s finest attractions. Set amid the tranquil beauty of rural Cornwall, on the small private complex of Greenacres, this delightful cottage provides a welcoming retreat for relaxation and exploration alike.

The space
Guests are greeted by an open-plan living area, featuring a spacious lounge and dining space with a widescreen TV and a high-quality double sofa bed—ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the surrounding countryside. The cottage is centrally heated and fully double-glazed, with a wood-burning stove in the lounge adding warmth and charm on chilly evenings. The fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering effortless, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer, and a full range of utensils, crockery, and cutlery. All bedding is made up for your arrival, including fresh linen, pillows, and duvets, while towels and tea towels are provided for cottage use (excluding beach towels). A downstairs toilet adds convenience, and smoke alarms ensure peace of mind throughout your stay.

Upstairs, the cottage features two comfortable bedrooms: a double with en-suite and a twin room, both equipped with TVs for entertainment, along with a deluxe bathroom offering a bath or shower and toilet. Outside, a private patio with garden furniture and a BBQ provides the perfect spot for alfresco dining on warm evenings. Guests can also relax in the private jacuzzi while gazing over the enchanting Luxulyan Valley, or enjoy a refreshing swim in the indoor heated pool.

Other things to note
Due to expensive change overs for the jacuzzi each time guests have stayed and used it, there is a small supplemental charge for short breaks of £40 for 3 and 4 nights.
Please note that logs and kindling are supplied complimentary for guests to use during winter months, i.e 1st Oct - 31st March. Should guests wish to use the fire any other time during the year, they will be required to provide their own supplies.
