The space
Karen & Allan live full time at this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the heart of glorious Leith.
We are 7 minutes walk from The Foot of The walk tram stop which takes you directly in to town, railways and the airport.
The room offered is a large private ensuite room with a super king size bed. Tea and coffee are provided along with a small fridge.
The main flat door is not self locking and so you will need to use the keys provided to secure the property. Please remove keys from the lock when you come back.
Lastly, we hope that you enjoy your stay in this special and unique part of Edinburgh.

Guest access
Access is the double room and ensuite space only. Please note that air BnB ensuite room door has a thumb turn privacy lock.

Edinburgh Licence number EH-96017-F Please note we cannot accept late check ins past 10.30 pm due to our work schedule.
The number 7 flat door does not automatically lock and so please ensure that you lock before you leave and when you return.
When checking out, please put used towels into the shower and if possible, strip the bed and leave linen on the floor.
If we are not around when you check out, please put the keys in the letter box on the ground floor, K.Mason for flat 7.
