I love to entertain and always in the kitchen rustling up a new cake, meal or snack! I've recently been learning about 'clean eating' and trying to cut out the processed sugared in my and my family's diets - so new ingredients like coconut oil, palm sugar and spelt flour have snuck into the kitchen!
Guest are more than likely going to arrive to something yummy - all recipes Pre-approved by my hungry little kiddies!
Gardening is another passion of mine which I hope will also be appreciated by our guests, whether it's looking out on to the beautiful flowers or sampling some home grown strawberries!
I love nature and try different ways to encourage wild birds to the garden, in the last few weeks we have had woodpeckers, gold finches, starlings, black birds, blue/great/long tail/coal tits and loads more I haven't mentioned - this makes me happy - I can even tolerate ironing if I have the birds to watch through the window.
