The space:

Located on the 5th floor, this spacious studio apartment is thoughtfully designed to offer guests maximum comfort, convenience and privacy.

The apartment is fully furnished with a cozy sofa, comfortable bed, dining table, air conditioning, wardrobe, and a TV with Netflix—everything you need for a relaxed stay.

Guests also have access to a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator, microwave, Aquaguard water purifier, induction cooktop, and all essential utensils and crockery.

A washing machine is available for guests who wish to wash and dry clothes during their stay.

The entire floor is covered with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it ideal for work or leisure

Other things to note
To keep the space fresh and comfortable for everyone, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please use the balcony only for smoking and help us maintain the space.

Outside visitors are not entertained to the place.
