The space
🛌 Welcome to Villa Prosperita! We are a versatile space, perfect for both family hosting and small gatherings.
• Accommodation vs. Events: The default value is for accommodation (overnight stay of up to 8 people). For events (up to 40 people), the amounts are differentiated/additional. Contact us before you close the reservation.
• Sound: The use of automotive sound is prohibited on the property. We value good relations with the neighborhood.
• Pool: The pool is heated, and the temperature ranges from 30 to 32 degrees Celsius (86 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit). Guests are responsible for their own use of the swimming pool. We ask for extra attention and constant vigilance with children in the water area.
• Security: The outdoor area is monitored by cameras and we only allow visitors upon prior notice and registration.

• Bedroom 1: 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed and air conditioning.
• Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds and fan.
• Bed linen and towels are provided.

• Full Kitchen: Equipped for your meals with a refrigerator (with freezer), stove, oven, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, as well as pots, pressure cookers, frying pan, milk pan, coffee strainer, bottle opener/corkscrew, dish drainer, plastic pots for storage, cutting board, cutting knives, cooking spoons, plates, forks, knives, spoons and glasses.
• Indoor Bathroom: 1 full bathroom with electric shower (hot water).

• Nearby restaurant: We recommend Diego's for dinner. Simple but pleasant place.

🏡 Important Rules and Guidelines
To ensure a safe stay and the conservation of our space, we ask you to carefully read the rules below:
🚫 Prohibitions and Penalties
Restrictions: Smoking inside the house, holding unauthorized parties, and using car stereos are strictly prohibited.
Fines: Failure to comply with these rules will result in a fine of R$2,500.00 per item, in addition to the immediate cancellation of the reservation with full retention of the amount paid.
Avoid: Sitting on wet mattresses.
🏊 Pool Care (Maximum Attention)
Glass Prohibited: The use of glass cups, bottles or containers in the pool area is prohibited.
The pool is 1.4m deep and is not fenced. Care for children must be absolute and supervision must be provided by a full-time adult. We take no responsibility for accidents.
The pool is heated by solar panels. It is a sustainable option, but it depends directly on the sun. On rainy days or when the sky is very cloudy, the water may not be as warm as on sunny days.
To ensure water quality, the pool undergoes weekly maintenance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Attention: During these days, an accredited professional will have access to the external area of the property to carry out cleaning.
🤫 Silence and Coexistence
Quiet hours: from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. use only ambient sound. Use common sense and avoid loud noises to respect the neighborhood.
🔑 Check-in and Property Access
Mandatory Documentation: It is essential to send the photo ID of all guests and the reservation holder before check-in.
🏠 Maintenance and Climate
Windows: Close all windows whenever you leave. The rains in Goiânia are intense and sudden; failure to close can cause infiltration and damage to property.
Voltage: All outlets are 220V.
Cleaning: The internal area is delivered clean. The outdoor area can accumulate dust due to the weather.
🧴 Personal and Visitor Items
Hygiene: Bring your own items (shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, etc.). We do not replace toilet paper, soap, towels, or bedding.
Recommendation: Bring repellent and sunscreen.
Visitors: Only with prior authorization and submission of documents. Respect the maximum number of people in the unit.
