Only registered guests respecting the number of people on your reservation are allowed entry to the building. It is not permitted to: have visitors, bring pets of any size, or children under 12 years old (the apartment is on a high floor without safety nets).

Other things to note
ATTENTION: There are some apartments in the building still under construction, which may cause noise during business hours from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM, and on Saturday from 9 AM to 12 PM.
Some leisure areas in the condominium ARE STILL NOT AVAILABLE for guests, tenants, or owners, including the SWIMMING POOL.
There are NO parking spaces for guests in the condominium. However, there are paid parking lots nearby that operate 24 hours.
There are nearby GYMS with Day Use plans: Bluefit (Av. Morumbi, 7850), Cia Athletica (Shopping Morumbi), and Bodytech (Market Place).
Many of the condominium’s common areas are already available: mini-market, co-working space, game room, relaxation area, elevated lounge, and more.
In the apartment, please note that the water from the kitchen sink tap is filtered. The filter is located in the cabinet below the sink.
As mentioned before, the building is new, recently delivered, so the operational procedures of the reception and cleaning staff are undergoing continuous improvement to provide the best experience possible.
