Interaction with guests
I live in the other cottage down the lane and am near the property in the evenings and on most weekends. I am always available by mobile phone for assistance or for local recommendations. . . otherwise you won’t see me!
Other things to note
There are 2 ponds in the garden children must be supervised at all times
Thanks for your booking, you will love Alderling it is just the most perfect place to relax and in my opinion gorgeous in any season! If you require any shopping, logs or bits etc please drop me a list a week before hand. The lane to the cottage is single track and quite bumpy, it is suitable for most vehicles (unless you have a very low sports car?). However if you wish me to collect you from the top of the lane so you can see for yourself before driving down (it's approx half a mile) I'd be more than happy to.
Any further questions drop me a line . .
***May I remind you again there are two deep ponds in the garden and children must be supervised at all times.
I'm happy for you to smoke outside the cottage bins provided.
