The space
Welcome to our mini loft! It is a unit with 40 m² divided between mezzanine (bedroom) and ground floor (living room, kitchen and service area). The unit is very well-equipped and should provide the necessary comfort for you to have a great stay in the agribusiness capital. Located in Jardim Itália III neighborhood, near Unifasipe University (1.5 km), fire department (1.7 km), OAB MT (1.6 km), city center (4.5 km), airport (5 km) and BR 163 (5.7 km).

HERE YOU CAN ENJOY:

- Smart tv with netflix.

- Cooktop stove with 4 burners, large refrigerator. We have the utensils you need to prepare that meal.

- Clothing, bucket, squeegee, broom, shovel, trash bags, a large basket for storing the toilet and kitchen garbage, and some cleaning items, which can help you during your stay.

- Hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and soap in the niche, next to the shower. Body and face towels and toilet paper are on the support in the corner of the bathroom.

- Double bed.

- Closet with hangers and drawers to store clothes and bags.

Guest access
The entire outdoor area of the condominium (entrance gate and corridor) acts as access to the lofts. Thus, the common spaces are for the entrance and exit of residents and guests. It is not allowed to walk without a shirt or swimwear in the outside areas. Please pay attention to the opening of the social gate. To enter, just touch the GRAY TAG on the intercom and to leave just tighten the BUTTON located on the wall to the left of the gate.

Other things to note
- We do not offer breakfast.

- There are two flights of stairs to access the room in the mezzanine.

- The loft will be delivered clean and ready for use at the beginning of your stay. However, there is no daily maid and cleaning service during your stay.

- For extra towels and/or replacement is charged the amount of R$20.00;

- For exchange and/or replacement of sheets and bed linen is charged the amount of R$20.00;

- For extra toilet paper is charged R$5,00;

- For shampoo, conditioner and extra soap is charged R$5.00.

- For the extra cleaning of the unit, a daily fee of R$ 100.00 will be charged.

- For Check-in advance, we charge half (1/2) daily, from 10am to 3pm. For other times, before 10am, we charge a full night (in which case we recommend booking for the previous day).

For Checkout after hours, we charge half (1/2) daily until 4pm. After this time, you will be charged a full night.
