Swimming pool is generally open daily until 10:00 PM
Important Reminder:
If you plan to swim on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, please inform us in advance so we can assist with guest registration. Pool fees are non-refundable.

To ensure a refined, comfortable, and seamless stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines:
📌 Guest Registration & Check-In Requirements
All guests are required to submit a valid government-issued ID upon booking confirmation for registration with building management.
Reservations for 7–9 guests are subject to a separate on-site registration process during check-in. Our team will be pleased to assist you at the reception area.
🕒 Check-In & Check-Out
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Please coordinate requests with us in advance for proper arrangements.
💡 Energy Conservation
We encourage mindful energy use. Kindly turn off lights, air-conditioning, and appliances when leaving the unit.
🚗 Parking Information
On-site paid parking (first come, first served):
₱50 – First 4 hours
₱50 – Per succeeding hour
₱300 – Overnight (1:00 AM–6:00 AM)
🚭 Non-Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Any violation will result in a ₱5,000 cleaning and deodorization fee.
🎉 Quiet Enjoyment Policy
Parties, events, and loud gatherings are not permitted. Please maintain reasonable noise levels at all times, especially during designated quiet hours.
🍳 Cooking Guidelines
Cooking is allowed for your convenience. However, we kindly request avoiding strong-smelling dishes such as fried fish, dried fish, or bagoong to preserve a pleasant indoor environment.
🧺 Laundry Guidelines
Washing of small personal items is permitted.
Please refrain from hanging clothes, towels, or linens on balcony railings.
🗑️ Cleanliness & Waste Disposal
Kindly wash used dishes and dispose of trash properly.
Designated garbage rooms are available on each floor for your convenience.

Guests will be held financially responsible for any damages, breakages, or missing items incurred during their stay.
