A little rundown of the house first: it's 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. I have one room with a queen and another room with a queen and a twin. The big couch also sleeps 2.

My place is close to the city center, parks, great views. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the light, the comfy beds, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

2 minutes to the Civic Center and 7 minutes to Bethel. 12 minutes to Whiskeytown Lake. 52 minutes to Lassen National Park.

The house was very clean and cozy. It had all amenities as described and centrally located in Redding. For our family of 5 plus a dog it was a great value.

Sydney's house was a cute home at first, well located and spacious for the 5 of us who were spending 2 nights. However, cleanliness is our top priority, which is why this review may diverge from the other stellar reviews of her home. Our main issue was with the bathroom. The sink didnt drain well. The shower curtain and shower area was dirty. There were 6 pieces of toilet paper when we arrived from our roadtrip, and we had to go buy some before we could even use the bathroom. Despite booking for 5 people, there were only three towels provided and all of them looked dirty, so we used our own. There were cobwebs throughout the house on the ceilings, and three large spiders occupy the top of the front door, and they fall on you when you enter. Since I was traveling with people who are queasy with bugs, this was a major concern. We booked Sydney's place because of the many great reviews and beautiful pictures that she has taken of her home. Hopefully our experience was a one-off and any future guests won't have the same experience that we had.

We fell in love with this house! The house is incredibly stylish and very clean. It’s really nicely located to all of the action in Redding. (Don’t miss the sundial bridge at night!) We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and wish we had a couple more nights!

I liked the house, it was clean and in a nice neighborhood. There is no TV, but I didn't care because I had my computer and there is free WIFI. The beds were hard.

It's my second time staying here~ good as always although it could use a few improvements. Overall it's a pretty house and a good deal. Will most likely stay here again when I'm in town.

A wonderful home with plenty of space. An excellent selection of teas! And truly secluded and central at the same time!
