Located in Tankah Bay near Cenote Manatee, the property sits in a quieter oceanfront area known for its natural beauty and relaxed atmosphere. Restaurants, beach clubs, and Tulum town are approximately 20–25 minutes away by car.
Access & Surroundings
Tankah Bay maintains its natural, low-density character. Access to the property includes a short stretch of unpaved coastal road, typical of the area and part of what preserves its peaceful environment. The drive is manageable with standard vehicles.

Guest access
Guests will have access to their private residence as well as the property’s shared amenities, including:
• The building’s common swimming pool
• On-site gym
• Open-air yoga area, also suitable for wellness sessions
• Kids club, open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Access to amenities is subject to availability and property guidelines.
Other things to note
• Road access: The property is accessed via a dirt road. Due to weather conditions, the road may occasionally develop potholes or uneven surfaces. Guests are advised to drive cautiously, especially after rainfall.
• Elevators: Each tower is equipped with an elevator for guest convenience. For safety reasons, elevators may be temporarily turned off during periods of heavy rainfall or severe weather. In such cases, stair access will be required until conditions are deemed safe and elevator service is restored.
• Utilities: On rare occasions, temporary interruptions to electricity service may occur due to factors outside the host’s control and attributable to the local utility provider (CFE). As water systems rely on electric power, water service may also be temporarily affected during such interruptions.
