• ATTENTION: There is no elevator in the condominium and the apartment is on the 1st floor. A check-in video will also be sent to guide you.

There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a smoking fee of at least €300.
