It’s just a short walk from the Langs Beach shoreline, and this architecturally designed 2025 villa combines refined comfort with a serene beachside setting.
Thoughtfully designed across two levels, this listing is for 2 adults in a self-contained suite attached to the main house on the ground floor.
The rest of the house will not be rented during your stay to ensure your privacy.
The suite offers a bedroom with ocean views, and a beautifully appointed bathroom feature premium Italian fixtures, walk-in shower, and luxurious moon shower rain systems.
The suite includes a living area with ocean views, and a fully equipped kitchenette with appliances including a fridge gas hob, air fryer, Nespresso machine, and more.
Modern comforts including high-speed WiFi, an air conditioner in the living area with a 55" Smart TV, and ceiling fan in the bedroom ensures a premium stay throughout the seasons. The suite also provides heated bathroom floors for the colder months. The house is also equipped with state of art ventilation system to ensure air circulation.
