Hannah's house is absolutely charming! She was kind enough to let me host a small engagement party in the gorgeous backyard. At night we all sat around the bon fire and I got to hear stories from my family and friends about me and my fiance. Throughout the entire process Hannah was very responsive and accommodating. This place is a true dream come true!

I, and two close friends had a wonderful stay at Hannah's! The barn is beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. The decor is vintage charming. We stayed only two nights, but saw a lot of wildlife in that small amount of time! One night, we returned from dinner to find deer in the yard! The following morning, we watched a squirrel chase a wild rabbit in circles around the apple tree! X^D I was able to pick a beautiful bouquet of wildflowers from the field out back. Hannah is accessible enough to provide any assistance, or answer any questions required, but at the same time, does a great job of giving her guests privacy. Would happily stay again!

We just returned from a brief holiday spent at The Barn. What a wonderful time we had!!! It was the first trip we had taken with our young baby and Hannah couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating. The Barn and property are absolutely beautiful and immaculately kept. Our only regret was not being able to explore the property more. I can't recommend this place enough and hope we will be able to return one day.

We had a great stay in Hannah's place in Warwick! Her house was perfect for the 4 adults and our 2 small children. It was lovely and peaceful, and the kids loved running around and exploring the grounds. Close to the nice town of Warwick as well. Would definitely recommend.

Just spent a weekend at Hannah's place with a few friends for a wedding that was right up the street. Hannah was extremely helpful, accommodating and available - the place was fantastic, beautifully decorated and spacious. Highly recommend.

The space couldn't be cuter! We stayed two nights and we loved it. Very cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Our dog loved running and playing in the backyard. The scenery is lovely and there's little trails through the meadow which was really nice. Highly recommend this place!

This is the perfect family Airbnb! A cozy family getaway in the rustic 1700's farmhouse with a beautiful back yard, trees, and a quiet street. The house was clean and updated with all of the modern conveniences. It even had a baby room for our toddler with toys, stuffed animals, and a changing table. Hannah was a perfect host and was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this rental and would love to come again! A+++
