Enjoy expansive living areas that seamlessly connect to the outdoors, where you can unwind beside the cliffside pool with sunrise front row seats . The open-concept kitchen and dining space make cooking and gathering effortless, while wide terraces, comfortable seating, and private patios in each room invite you to slow down, breathe, and take in the views.

Located within a secure gated community in La Libertad, the home combines privacy with access to nearby beaches, dining, and surf. Whether relaxing with family or enjoying a peaceful retreat with friends, Valle Verde Cerromar offers the comfort, space, and tranquility you need to fully recharge.

Guest access
During your stay, the house is entirely yours to enjoy — from the spacious indoor living areas to the cliffside pool and terrace. Curl up in the large bedrooms, cook meals together in the fully stocked kitchen, and soak in the views from the different areas.

You’ll have fully private access to the property plus secure entry to the gated neighborhood with on-site security.

While we don’t currently offer on-site laundry for guests, we do provide access to a trusted laundry service that includes pickup and delivery right to the house. Pricing varies by load, and we’re happy to help arrange service whenever needed!

Other things to note
The community enforces registered guests only for entry — please share name and lastname of all guests and ID number of the person responsible for the reservation before arrival.

No public sewer system on-site, please limit to flush only organic waste. Toilet Paper, Wipes & Sanitary Products please dispone on the bin provided. Please remove sand on the outside shower.

The home is located on a cliffside — please supervise children at all times outdoors.

No guest laundry on-site, but we can arrange pickup & delivery laundry service for an additional fee.

Due to the rural coastal environment, insects and geckos may appear if doors/windows remain open.
