This is a 1BHK apartment (originally 2BHK - 1 room will be locked) with 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 dining room, and a scenic balcony (mountain+river facing) Guests can access the common garden, with a direct walking path to the stream. Guests will have the entire floor to themselves with complete privacy.
The space
This is 1BHK apartment (originally 2BHK - 1 bedroom will be locked during your stay) on the ground floor of a 2-storey building, with large windows overlooking bountiful views. The apartment has 1 bedroom with an attached washroom, The bedroom has a television and is airconditioned (Hot & Cold air options), with a connecting balcony overlooking the Dhauladhar mountains and the river. The house has a kitchen, dining area, and an extra washroom in the living room. The kitchen is fully-equipped kitchen with a two-burner stove, refrigerator, water filter, microwave and all standard kitchen necessities. The dining area has a 4-seater dining table which can be used as a workplace if required.
The owners stay on property, and guests will have the entire ground floor to themselves with complete privacy during their stay. The house is pet-friendly. The building has no elevator/lift, and is not wheel-chair friendly. Parking on premises is available. Driver accommodation is not included.
We would like to mention that the property is near a university, so there can be an occasional event or function happening at the university. That aside, the property is very peaceful, with calming sound of the flowing stream to accompany you.
