This is intended to be what I love to find when I'm traveling, which is just a cheap place to spend the night and shower with no froufrou. Wifi, some breakfast stuff, a twin mattress, and a shower: all the essentials. I have two other spaces, so you may share the bathroom with up to three other people. Most of the time, the living room lends itself to new friends and cool conversations. Everyone is welcome, especially people from other countries, backgrounds, races, and religions.
It's really close to downtown and right off the interstate! You'll be in the downstairs common area with the bathroom upstairs. There's a private back porch overlooking a bunch of woods, so you can sit out there and smoke (if that's your thing) or talk on the phone or whatever.
WiFi, Full Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, AppleTV and Netflix and stuff but no cable. I have breakfast stuff you’re welcome to.
Interaction with guests
I'm in medical school, so I'm pretty busy studying and my schedule is sporadic. That said, I love good conversation when time permits, especially with interesting folks. But hey, if you're not the friendly type, I get that. There’s plenty of space for you to get by yourself and read or work.
Other things to note
You'll be in a common space, so myself or other guests may walk through your space to do laundry, etc. The ceiling to your space will also creak when people walk above you. None of this should be going on in the middle of the night, but you never know.
Please be courteous of other guests. There may be up to 3 other guests staying here while you're here.
Coffee and breakfast are provided. If you're the first to make coffee and you know there are others here, you can go ahead and make a whole pot. Breakfast foods that are fair game are anything on the top shelf of the fridge, and anything on the airbnb shelf in the cabinet (it's marked). Anything else is someone else's food. If you put things in the fridge, don't put them on the top shelf as this makes them fair game.
Please be quiet after 10pm.
