Your holiday apartment right by the sea in Caleta de Interián.
This accommodation is a cozy place, ideal for resting and enjoying the coastal atmosphere of La Caleta. It can accommodate up to six people and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The interior is spacious and bright, with simple decor and thoughtful details that create a comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen is well equipped, and the three bedrooms each have double beds. Bed linen, towels, and beach towels are provided.
It features a traditional wooden balcony with stunning sea views, another small rear balcony overlooking the mountains, and a shared rooftop terrace accessible via stairs. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture and has an additional small restroom.
The rooftop also offers wonderful views of the sea and mountains, along with sun loungers, lounge-style furniture, and a gas barbecue.
The apartment is close to the sea, small local restaurants (one located just below the property), as well as coastal and mountain walking trails. It’s an excellent starting point for exploring the north of the island or simply spending a few peaceful days.

Caleta de Interián is a small, peaceful coastal village in the northwest of Tenerife, part of the municipality of Garachico. It preserves the charm of traditional fishing villages, with narrow streets, low houses, and a calm local life, giving it an authentic and natural atmosphere.
Its pebble beach opens to the Atlantic and is a great place for swimming, snorkeling, surfing, or simply enjoying the sound of the sea.
La Caleta de Interián lies in the Isla Baja, a volcanic plain stretching from Garachico to Buenavista del Norte, ideal for easy and pleasant hiking routes. It sits at the foot of the Teno Massif, an area full of mountain trails, spectacular cliffs, and fascinating plateaus.

Balcony and terrace furniture
In the apartment’s small storage room, there are lightweight, easy-to-move tables and chairs that can be arranged as you like on the balconies or moved to the rooftop.
Please remember to return them after use.
Rooftop
The spacious rooftop offers everything you need to relax:
Gas barbecue, sun loungers, chairs, and garden furniture (possibly stored in the storage rooms).
Cushions are stored inside the table or in one of the storage rooms.
Restroom and washing machine (please use descaling tablets).
As is common in Spain, the rooftop is shared with neighbors, although they almost never use it, so it will be practically at your disposal.
⚠️ Important: Never leave lightweight plastic furniture or cushions unattended, as the wind may carry them away.
Grill / Barbecue
The gas barbecue is located on the rooftop or in the rear storage room.
It may be necessary to open the gas valve on the cylinder.
After use, clean the grill with a soft sponge (do not use wire brushes or similar objects).

Other things to note
The apartment is located in a small residential building, so we kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors’ rest during the designated hours (10:00 PM – 9:00 AM).
Parties or events are not allowed.
It is not permitted to accommodate more people than listed in the reservation.
In accordance with Spanish regulations, guests will be asked for their identity and contact information prior to arrival, so it can be reported to the Spanish Ministry of the Interior. This is a mandatory process under Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, 2021. Thank you for your understanding.
The apartment is situated right on the village’s main square, where local festivities take place. From the front balcony, you have a privileged view, especially during events such as the Three Kings Parade or fireworks. However, there may be some noise during these celebrations. We recommend that guests sensitive to sound check the dates of La Caleta de Interián’s festivals in advance. The most important events are the Fiesta de San Andrés (late November), Three Kings Day (January 6), and Carnival (February).
