Great spot for my camper van and very responsive hosts. I ended up driving home but will hopefully be back up there and it is a great deal.

Wyman is a great host! Laid back and made check in simple! The space is an open field with a fire pit. Room for many tents ! He also has a trailer onsite (up the hill) for restrooms and showers. He had firewood ready for us to use and told us to make ourselves at home upon arrival! The cost is awesome. We enjoyed such a fun night playing the guitar by the fire, making smores and singing along with friends. Would recommend for a simple and cheap night of camping!

It was a place to sleep. It's an open grassy lot, right next to the road, so if you're looking for a place to spend the night in your car or in a tent it works. Not much else to do in the area. Dogs were barking in the middle of the night. RV with bathroom wasn't hooked up to water when we arrived, and there were 4 trailers/RV's to choose from when we got there, weren't sure which one to use.

Great quiet location for camping. For the price it's a good value. Definitely primitive camping like how it's described.

For campers who would like to travel to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this is the place to stay. Very inexpensive with few amenities, but a stone's throw from the Park. I would camp here again if I make another visit to GSM National Park.
