About the Apartment
Apartment fully renovated and designed to offer comfort and practicality. It has two bedrooms (one suite with a queen-size bed and 32" Smart TV and one bedroom with a double bed and two extra mattresses), a living room with a sofa bed, 42" Smart TV, dining table and balcony with a side view of the beach. The kitchen is American and equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, pots and basic utensils. It has two full bathrooms and a small service area.
Bed and Bath Linen
Linens and one bath towel per guest are provided, as well as pillows, blankets and a bedspread. You are requested to bring beach towels and extra items if you wish.
Beach and Garage Items
We provide three chairs and a beach umbrella. The condominium offers an optional umbrella assembly service on the sand (see the concierge). There is a covered and demarcated parking space.
Location
The apartment is next to Shopping La Plage and close to markets, restaurants, ice cream parlors and the Boulevard of Rua Caminho do Mar, a pedestrian-only promenade with various dining options and shops. For families, the Trenzinho da Alegria tour leaves near the condominium.
Condominium Rules
The condominium is strictly residential. We ask for respect for the rules and quiet hours. We do not rent to groups of unaccompanied teenagers. We accept one small pet per rental, as long as it is used to relieving itself in a suitable place. Transportation in common areas must be done on the lap. Damage or dirt on upholstery, carpets or mattresses imply an additional cleaning charge (R$300, in addition to repairs, if necessary).
Guest access
You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring total privacy during your stay – in addition to being able to use the covered and demarcated parking space.
