The Urban Bloom is a fully smart-enabled home. All switches, including those for lighting, fans, and curtains, operate through smart panels. While the system is designed to be user-friendly, we understand it may be unfamiliar to some guests. Our caretaker is available on-site between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM to assist you with operating any of the smart features. Additionally, our Guest Relationship Manager is always just a call away for any support you may need during your stay.
