For tourists or guest staying less than a week. Serve breakfast provided, muffins, tea, coffee, cereal, juice. Centrally, thus ideally located for exploring Cape Cod & the Islands. 5 min from Village, so shops, eats, entertainment & beaches. Newly constructed clean cozy private master suite, with private bath/shower (ensuite) with private entrance. New furniture & more photos coming soon. This home is updated for energy efficiency, & comfort, warm in winter & cool in summer. Window AC available as needed. Close to everything. Exceptional parking for big vehicles, boats, truck and trailer or a number of vehicles. Enclosed back yard, out door seating, hammock fire pit, BBQ grill, also enclosed outdoor shower with seated changing area. Less hustle & bustle franchises & chain stores here on Rt6A side than on Rt28 side of Cape, thus feel more more like getting away from it all and a bit more relaxing.

This property is centrally located. A great base to use to explore in all directions. This part of Dennis is more historic. Very desirable location close to 2 golf courses (Dennis Highlands & Dennis Pines), Blue Rock in South Yarmouth also has a very nice par 3, fresh and salt water beaches Bay & Sound, bike path short drive (Pedco Electric Bike Rental), live entertainment at The Harvest Wine Bar & Gallery, Movies at unique Cape Cinema, Theater at famous Cape Playhouse and many nice dinner, breakfast lunch & dinner by the beach at
[CASUAL] Sesuite Harbor Cafe (in season) coffee/breakfast places. Underground bakery & Dennis Merchantile are great coffee shops just down the road. Grumpys and Red Cottage are great breakfast and lunch places. Note Sesuite Harbor Cafe, Red Cottage in Dennis and Jacks Out Back in Yarmouthport and beache access area all cash only as is beach parking. [LESS CASUAL] Fin, Scargo Cafe, Red Pheasent, Marshside (great view of marks on incoming tides). Close to historic Route 6A and all The bay side beaches (North Side) ( Corporation, Bay View, Mayflower (best sunset unobstructed over the water. Howes Beach Chapin Beach, Cold Storage Beach, are beautiful and close by (1-3miles)and are some of the most desirable beaches on the Cape. The South Side has more surf, such as West Dennis Beach. Sometime is fun to watch windsurfers there, other times at Chapin Beach, depenidng on wind direction. Scargo Lake dowbn the street has a fresh water beach and Scargo Tower provides a great view of Coastline and is a great place to watch a sunset or view moon and stars from. The natural history museaum not far from here has a neat self guided walk over planks out to a Island. Needless to say no shortage of things to do here.
