The Farm House is located in the picturesque village of Raia. You will find yourself cradled in the midst of Hills, Valleys and springs in a wooded environment
The Farm House is an excellent blend of the modern and the traditional.
It shares its neighbourhood with the likes of Rachol Seminary and other Ancient Churches.
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families.Particularly those wishing for a long stay.
All the villas are self catering.

The space
Goa, is an amazing all time paradise for tourists from all over the world and India. This beautiful state is adorned with soothing beaches, Fragrant flora and Fauna, Aesthetic Churches & Temples and a golden cultural heritage where east meets west and where people of all religions and communities live in peace and harmony.

Amidst this wonderful place called Goa is Quinta Da Santana a Heritage Manor House situated in The beautiful picturesque village of Raia in the south of Goa.

Once inside the grounds of the Manor house you will find yourself surrounded by nature, cradled in the midst of Hills, Valleys and Springs in a Wooded serene environment. Beside the Manor House there are two pool side villas and one cottage perched on top of the hill, all within the grounds of the Manor House. The villas are fully furnished with facilities, blending the modern and the traditional for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday. One must visit the place to experience the harmony between humans and nature. The beautiful swimming pool filled with natural spring water offers you privacy in the midst of this wooded and serene environment.

Guest access
The pool side villa is comfortable and spacious consisting of a bedroom, A sitting room, toilet and Bathroom with wardrobe and cupboards and also a kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a dining table, large fridge, a sink, a microwave, an electric kettle, crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses. Unlimited filtered water is available to the guests. The adjacent living room has a sofa set with a coffee table. The bedroom has a very large TV with satellite network, having various English, Hindi and Sports channels. The bathroom which is large and spacious has a water heater with hot water available round the clock.

The gazebo across the garden from the swimming pool consists of a full equipped kitchen along with a dining area with a large dining table, in case guests wish to cook their own meals. There is a cooking gas range and also an induction cooker in the gazebo. Guests can use this place for breakfast, lunch and dinner or just to relax, have a drink or read a book.

Other things to note
Although we have a very fast internet connection (Upto 300 Mbps), we do experience short periods of downtime (As is the case with most internet connections in Goa).

All the Villas are self service. No extra services will be provided.
The villas will be cleaned once every three/four days, depending on the duration of the stay..

Please leave the Villas clean and tidy on check-out.

PLEASE NOTE: There are four other villas on the property with one swimming pool.

The neighbouring village of Curtorim and Loutolim are also beautiful and scenic adorned with rivers, lakes and fields. A walk around the sleepy village of Raia is highly recommended.

My name is Cristovao Francisco Das Merces Vas Falcao in Portuguese, in short Christopher or Chris in English. I am an Educationist having started various primary schools in South Goa. Presently I am Chairman/managing trustee of St Anne's educational Trust which manages and runs The St Anne's group of Educational Institutions having its registered office at Fatorda - Margao - Goa. Beside education my passion and hobbies include collecting and restoring vintage and classic cars which can be viewed and admired at my farm, Quinta Da Santana, situated in the beautiful village of Raia in South - Goa. Quinta Da Santana has a Manor farm house surrounded by nature and cradled in the midst of hills and valleys in a wooded serene environment - a nature lovers paradise - and it is here that I spend all of my free time. My hobbies also include travelling, meeting people from different countries, reading and sipping Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Its been a few months now that The Manor House at Quinta Da Santana has been opened for guests to come and stay and enjoy the beauty of the place. To play host to these guests remains my favourite pass time
