For your comfortable stay at the Apartment, please note:
1. If you book for 2 people and want to sleep separately. Please let us know, so we can prepare extra blankets. Extra blankets for the 2nd Bed 200K/ stay
2. If you book 1 - 2 people more than the registered number, we charge 150K/person/night. In case of not informing us, we will charge 500K/person/night
3. No smoking, no drugs. No parties allowed in the Apartment. Additional charge of 500,000 VND and subject to fines from the authorities
4. Surcharge for holidays and Tet holidays such as: April 30, May 1, September 2. New Year's Day 1/1, Lunar New Year 28,29,30 and 1, 2, 3 . 150K/ Apartment/ Night per day.
5. Please use the pool, 2 people at a time. Take a shower and change clothes when taking the elevator. Do not wear wet clothes in the elevator. Use the BLUE card
6. For guests staying more than 28 nights. The apartment supports electricity costs of 1.5 million/ month. If the norm, please pay the difference
