The space
We have furnished and equipped our condo so that you enjoy every moment of your stay. We furnished with the highest quality mattresses and bedding. King Bed with Memory Foam mattress in Master, Queen Bed in 2nd Bedroom with firm but soft cushion top mattress, Comfortable Full Sleeper Sofa. Bedding includes very soft sheets with your chose of memory foam or soft pillows. Beautifully decorated condo with beautiful & comfortable indoor and outdoor furnishings.

As a renter of our condo, you would have access to a number of the resort benefits. You would have access to the resort beaches and the Kay Beach club which has food and drinks for sale along with beds / lounge chairs on the beach and a beach side pool. You also have access to the TAO pools which are within walking distance of our condo and the Jungle Fish Beach Club which also has food and drinks for sale along with lounge chairs on the beach and a pool. The Jungle Fish Beach Club is not on the Bahia Principe property, it is a couple miles north of the resort property.
The resort is an extremely large property (about 700 acres), it is about a 5 minute drive to get to the resort beach / Kay Beach Club and the Jungle Fish Beach Club. So we recommend a rent-a-car for your convenience. There are also local beaches known for being in the top 50 beaches in the world and they are about a 10 minute drive.
You are also entitled to discounts for access the other areas of the resort, Renters are able to do so with the purchase of a day pass which also includes food and drinks for the day.
This location puts you at the hub of the region poised to enjoy all the fantastic attractions, activities and restaurants in the area. The local area has fantastic sightseeing opportunities, including the Mayan ruins, or visit and swim in the local cenotes. Visit the cute town of Akumal or Tulum and go tourist shopping and eat in any of the fantastic beach restaurants. Purchase tickets and spend the day at one of the outdoor adventure parks including Xel Ha, Xplor or Xcaret.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, condo with private rooftop patio with TAO privileges. You are also entitled to discounts at the 700 acre Bahia Principe resort and, discounts at the Championship Golf course and SPA.
