I'm so excited you're considering my place for your getaway.
Let me tell you why I think you're going to absolutely love staying here.
Picture this: You step through my gates onto a sprawling 15,000 sq ft private estate that I've poured my heart into creating.
This isn't just any rental - it's my personal sanctuary that I'm opening up to families and groups who want something truly special.
Here's what I've got waiting for you:
When you walk into the ground floor, you'll find:
✔ These gorgeous double-height ceilings with chandeliers that always make my guests go "wow!"
✔ A huge open living and dining area where I've watched so many families create beautiful memories
✔ This is where I've set up the foosball table, and carrom table along with comfy couches and a 55 inch TV. Endless entertainment.
✔ My fully equipped kitchen where my amazing cooking staff will whip up fresh lip smacking food in front of your eyes!
✔ The first 2 perfectly air-conditioned bedrooms with the softest linens (I'm a bit obsessed with comfort!)
✔ Modern bathrooms with solar hot water - because who doesn't love a guilt-free hot shower?
Head upstairs and you'll discover:
✔ 3 more spacious bedrooms, each with AC (I believe everyone deserves a cool, peaceful sleep)
✔ Private balconies on the 1st floor rooms where you can sip your morning coffee while overlooking my tropical gardens/swimming pool
✔ A quiet little seating area in the corridor - honestly, it's become everyone's favorite morning spot
✔ Another bathroom for your convenience (no more bathroom queues!)
But here's where the magic really happens - step outside:
I've got this crystal-clear swimming pool surrounded by tropical plants.
The landscaping? I spent months getting it just right. There's this massive lawn where I've seen kids play, families do yoga at sunrise, and friends play badminton until sunset.
I've created multiple little seating areas around the property - perfect for those sunset cocktail moments (trust me, the sunsets here are incredible).
And don't worry about parking - I've got secure space for up to 3 cars (I have more parking space arranged with neighbors, plus my mature palm trees give the whole place this resort-like feeling.
You can comfortably sleep 25 to 30 people here:
I've got 5 double bedrooms, each with AC and premium bedding that I personally chose.
If you have extra people, no problem! I've got comfortable sofa beds in the living area and I'll provide premium mattresses for anyone else.
I love hosting family reunions and big friend groups - there's something magical about seeing a house full of happy people.

You'll have high-speed 50 MBPS Wi-Fi (I know how important staying connected is), generator backup (power cuts will never ruin your vibe), and a Bluetooth sound system for the perfect ambiance.
Here's the thing - I could tell you about all the beaches nearby (Kihim is just 9km away and absolutely gorgeous), or the historic forts, or the water sports.
But what I really want you to know is this: I've created a space where you can truly disconnect from the chaos and reconnect with the people who matter most to you.
Whether you're planning a family celebration, a corporate retreat, or just a getaway with friends, I promise you'll leave feeling refreshed and closer to each other. That's what this place does - it brings people together.

House Rules 🏠
You may be asked to leave the property if the following rules are not followed:
⏰ Check-in/Check-out: Check-in 1:30 PM, Check-out 11:30 AM
🔊 Noise Restrictions: Play music inside the villa after 10 PM at low volume with windows and doors closed Lower volume immediately if manager requests due to neighbor complaints Pool use prohibited after 11 PM to avoid any mishaps and accidents.
🚗 Parking: We have parking available on site, 2 to 3 cars inside the villa compound and more space in near the villa. Mr. Kadam, will help you onsite.
Large buses or travellersnot recommended due to narrow Alibag roads.
Please drive carefully & avoid property damage.
🔥 BBQ: Available on demand (Rs. 1000/- setup charge payable to Manager) Use only in designated area
👥 Extra Guests: Rs. 1000/- per guest per night beyond 12 guests (above 5 years)
Villa has 5 bedrooms with double beds, living room arrangements, and additional mattresses
Extra guests provided with comfortable mattresses
🐾 Pet Policy: Pets not allowed
🚬 Smoking & Alcohol: Allowed inside property compound but not in pool and not inside the villa.
Dispose ash, cigarette butts, and bottles in dustbins.
Creating mess, causing damage, or disrespecting staff/neighbors will not be tolerated.
🎉 Parties: No parties or events allowed (residential area) We cater mainly to families.
If you’re looking to party hard, please book an isolated place instead.
🔒 Security: Close doors/windows when out Don’t leave valuables unattended CCTV cameras installed in the villa compound for safety.
Report suspicious activity immediately.
💔 Damages: Please treat property as your own Report any damages immediately Minimum Rs. 2,500/- fine or repair cost (whichever higher)
⚠️ Prohibited Activities: Drugs (buying, selling, carrying, using, or consuming) Any activities illegal under Indian law

Pool Timing: 8 AM to 11 PM (Due to noise restrictions)
No jumping or diving
