Our studio accommodates two people in a double bed and boasts a 23m² space. It's located in a gated community with a leisure area and 24-hour concierge.

We're one block from the Adolfo Pinheiro subway station (Line 5 - Lilac) and across from Santo Amaro University, combining convenience and practicality in one location.

The space
Upon entering the studio, guests will find themselves in the kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary utensils for their stay, such as a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, range hood, Nespresso coffee maker, sandwich maker, electric kettle, blender, and more.

The balcony is integrated into the studio and offers a dining table and chairs, enclosed by soundproof glass windows, city views, and blinds.

We also provide a desk and chair for a home office, hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a wardrobe, and an iron. The bathroom has a gas shower and a hairdryer.
