The house is very clean and very well located, half an hour to Bryce Canyon National park and 1 hour to Zion National Park. The house is a bit cold for winter stay, as the blanket in thin and there is no heater in the living room and kitchen. Over all, it is a good place to stay.

Matthew’s Panguitch apartment was well appointed, spacious and comfortable. The location was very convenient if you’re visiting Dixie or Bryce Canyon. The claw foot bathtub was amazing after a long day of hiking! I recommend bringing ear plugs in case the top unit is occupied during your stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location. We had a very comfortable visit and the home had everything we needed and more, after long days of hiking. The neighbours upstairs were quiet and considerate, so we only heard footsteps when we were awake, and it was no bother. Having the grocery next door is great. Overall a great stay! Thank you.

Matthew's place although nicely furnished and appeared the same as on the pictures was a disappointment. But before I mention the negatives, I must first write the pros of this property. Location - within 20 minutes drive to Bryce Canyon. A very pretty drive that gives the opportunity to explore nearby hoodoos at the Dixie National Forest. Nice white towels and sheet, comfortable bed and clean. Negatives- unbearable noise from the top floor. You can hear every step, every chair move. It is really not the fault of the guests residing above. If the property above you (upper house) is rented you will not enjoy your stay. Ants in the kitchen and in the bedroom. I guess that can happen to any property, but ants in the toaster... just not a lot of fun at your morning breakfast. Lastly, both showers are really hard to use. If you turn them on, the water splashes on you ( while you are standing outside of the shower) or on the bathroom floor. The showers are just not big enough to turn the water on prior to getting into the shower. The only solution is to enlarge both showers. I did inform Matthew about the issues and he suggested discount for the future stay. Given the issues, I was hoping for a partial refund. In comparison the price we paid was much higher than at the Best Western Ruby Inn which is 4 minutes drive from the Bryce Canyon. So in conclusion, the price we paid was not worth it given the experience we received. I just wanted to make others aware of some hiccups this property has. It could be a nice place to relax if above issues are resolved.

We had a great experience with Matthew. We had some noise issue from the upper floor during our first night. We could hear footsteps and conversation of the people who stayed upstairs until late at night. We reported it to Matthew and he immediately moved us to another unit that is more spacious. His team was really quick in this process. We really enjoyed our stay at the unit on 400th street. We definitely would recommend staying at Matthew's place. It is only a short drive from the place to Bryce Canyon. It is convenient to the grocery store.
