My place is close to hiking, and biking trails, Sunriver Village, Restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, post office, Library, Sharc Aquatic Center, Golf, the airport, horseback riding, rafting etc. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
Brand new leather sofa bed that folds out to a queen size bed. It also has a memory foam mattress for extra comfort. There is also another queen size regular bed in the studio condo!
This cute and cozy ground level Powder Village studio condo has been remodeled with high end furnishings, laminate flooring, new kitchen, and bathroom. Enjoy swimming in the seasonal shared pool, relaxing in the year round hot tub, and miles of paths through Sunriver, and Caldera Springs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the standard kitchen items which includes a keurig coffee maker. Bath towels/linens/blankets, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and cleaning necessities, are all provided at no extra fee. Flat screen T.V with cable, and wireless internet. Queen size bed, and a fold out full size futon that has a memory foam mattress topper inside for extra comfort.
Please note that all of our linens, blankets, and towels are sanitized after each persons stay! We take pride in making sure that our condo is very clean and comfortable!
Bike rack right outside. Ski/Snowboard rack inside for a place to hang your equipment. We have a small seasonal patio set for two on our outside patio. Kids puzzles, toys, and books provided. Various movies to
choose from in the cabinet below the tv!
Close to lots of Fun Activities, Shopping, Restaurants, The Village, Sunriver Resort, Sharc Aquatic Center, Golf, Skiing, Horse Back Riding, Sunriver airport, Water Activities, Bike & Walking Paths, and about 20 mins to Bend, and about 25 mins to Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort. Come and enjoy what our condo has to offer!
All guests have access to the Seasonal pool, year round hot tub, and a coin operated washer and dryer.
Rental Agreement for Sunriver Escape
This Rental Agreement is made between Casey McNeill and Selena McNeill, “Homeowner” and “Guests” listed in this booking.
The minimum age is 21 years and older Maximum Occupancy: 4 people This lease begins at 3 pm on the day of check in, and ends at 11 am on the day of check out. Minimum Stay: 2 day minimum stay. Guests, and their visitors agree to abide at all times to all Rental Rules in this Rental Agreement. Guest agree to allow owners access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Owners shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. Rental Rate and Fees: Per agreement on Airbnb site. Deposit, Cleaning Fee, Security Deposit: Per agreement on Airbnb site. Renters/Travelers Insurance: It is strongly encouraged by owners to purchase renters/travelers insurance while staying at the condo. Pets: Pets are NOT allowed. There will be a $250 fine if a pet is brought into the condo, or seen on the property. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed. There will be a $250 fine for any guests smoking in or on the property. Parking: Limited to one vehicle in Powder Village Condominiums parking lot. Any illegally parked cars overnight are subject to towing; fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Visitors of "Guests" allowed to park in Powder Village Condominiums parking lot for day use only. Hot Tub: Year round usage. No children under the age of 16 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. Children who are still in diapers must wear swimming diapers while in pool/hot tub. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens, bath and pool towels are included in the unit. Condo rules prohibit hanging anything on the outdoor railings. Please DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. We highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains/studs during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions. If there is a storm, no refunds will be given unless the state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a Storm/Hurricane/Fire Warning area and/A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the
Tropical Storm/Hurricane/Fire Warning area of residence of a vacationing guest. . The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane/Warning” area, we will refund: Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Storm/Fire Warning is lifted; and to Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the Hurricane/Storm/Fire. If any keys are not returned to lock box upon leaving, a $50 per item fee will be imposed. All of the units are privately owned; the Owners are not responsible for any theft, personal belongings, accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises, or its facilities. The Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises, or others whom they invite to use the premises. Security deposit in the amount of $150 is required. The deposit will be returned to you within two weeks after your departure as long as this rental agreement is followed, no damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear, Refrigerator is empty of all food, and drink, Nothing is lost or stolen from the unit, There have been no noise or nuisance complaints about you during your stay, Sunriver noise ordinance rules are followed (10pm-7am) Children under “16” years of age are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision. All pool rules must be adhered to.

We hope you have enjoyed your stay at our home. Please note that checkout time is at 11:00am on the designated date of checkout.
Before you leave, we just ask a couple of favors to help our housekeeper. Please take all trash, including bathroom trash bags, out to the trash bin. Please make sure all dishes are washed and put away. Please remove all food/drink from the refrigerator. Please turn the heat down to 55 degrees at both controls (one next to fridge wall, and other in bathroom). Please close all blinds and turn off all lights. Please lock all windows and doors. Please turn the portable floor fan off, if you used it during your stay, and make sure the remote is back in its slot on the fan. Place the keys back inside the lockbox.
