Our Historic home is close to Space and Rocket Center in nearby Huntsville, Alabama, the Jack Daniels Distillery just a 40 minute drive to Lynchburg, Scott's Apple Orchard, Lyon Family Farms and the Amish community . You’ll love staying at the Poor Farm because of it's rich history and the rolling hills and hollers. We have a coziness like no other and comfy beds. The Poor Farm is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

A beautiful location in the Tennessee countryside. The warmest welcome ever. Historic buildings. Super facilities and a lovely breakfast with fresh eggs from their hens. Did I forget to mention the magnificent horses, the cute donkey and the friendliest cats and dogs.

Shari (superwomen) and David (superman) are great host. Both world travelers that really make you feel at home no matter where you are from. This Airbnb is steeped history (like a museum) that the host are willing to share and are preserving it for future generations to enjoy…
