Geneva Horizon boasts 6 en-suite bedrooms with breath taking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Lions Head. This bright and playfully decorated modern home sets the stage to perfectly take in the sunsets. Well located within a five-minute walk of the beach, the lively promenade and excellent local restaurants.
Fully equipped with large open plan living areas, a fireplace, a private pool, a deck area, and a large rooftop space.
The space
Geneva Horizon is the perfect set up for group of friends or a large family. With six en-suite bedrooms, a guest toilet, large living areas, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, outdoor dining area, braai, and a separate rooftop deck with uninterrupted views you would struggle to find a villa as spectacular as Geneva Horizon.
On the ground floor is a private studio within the villa, complete with its own kitchen and bathroom, ideally suited to additional staff, or guests needing extra space and privacy. The upstairs bedroom can be converted to either two single bedsor a king-size bed with a mattress converter. Please do let us know in advance how you would like the room set up.
This multi-levelled home boasts ample space and numerous lounges to relax and unwind while taking in the views. The kitchen is in the heart of the home, allowing for everyone to be involved in the actives of the home.
A lift and secure parking (garage space for two cars) make a stay here even more seamless and convenient.
Other things to note
- Access to the house is through the secure garage or via the front door.
- Villa Geneva has two housekeepers who provide daily cleaning, tidying, and laundry services to a high standard. They are on-site Monday to Friday from 9:30AM to 4:00PM. Weekend housekeeping services can be arranged at an additional cost, but must be booked in advance.
- No parties are allowed.
- No loud music allowed.
- No outside visitors or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from your host.
- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This includes downloads.
- If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for replacement or repair. Damages will be claimed from your deposit or via Airbnb claims.
- No pets allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free, and we would like to keep it that way with your help.
- Please note that if any of the house rules are broken, we have the right to evict you from the property.
A water filter is installed on the taps, so the tap water is safe to drink.
