Our 100-year-old house is historic and recently remodeled. The available guest room has a comfortable queen-size bed and closet space. It's conveniently located in Mid-City with easy access to Downtown Baton Rouge, LSU, the interstate, great local restaurants, grocery stores, the Garden District, nightlife, and the bus line. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The space

Our house is a 100-year-old craftsman with 14 foot ceilings and great architectural details. We remodeled the house recently to accentuate its classic charm but fit it with our modern style. We hope you like it! The guest room has a queen size bed, closet space with hangers, and a TV with Showtime, HBO, Amazon Prime, and Netflix.

Guest access

All common areas, including living room, dining, laundry, kitchen, front porch, and bathroom.

Convenient street parking is located directly in front of the house.

Interaction with guests

We can interact as much or as little as you want. I'm mindful of your privacy but love being a great host and am always available to answer questions, give recommendations, or help make your stay more comfortable.

Economical, clean, quirky, and cool. I️ liked the ample pillows, clean room, and clawfoot bathtub. Was pretty pumped to have my own TV and was able to veg out watching GOT! Great artwork and design touches throughout.

Bryan and Ashley were very welcoming, and we loved their stylish home and sweet doggies! They were very responsive and offered great local tips. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Baton Rouge.

Bryan and his wife Ashley were great hosts. Bryan provided all the information I could need prior to my arrival and greeted me and my boyfriend when we arrived (which not a lot of hosts/hostesses do and adds extra points in my book). The house was just like it was in the pictures, and they have excellent taste! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was conveniently located and also spotless. If I'm ever in Baton Rouge again I'm definitely going to book my stay with Bryan and Ashley!

I loved the well decorated guest room in this adorable house. The floors are creaky as you would expect from an old home, but everything looks like its been updated and it is a lovely stay. The pillows are comfortable and the sheets are soft. The place wasn't difficult to find and there is definitely space for you to park your car in front of the house. I was visiting Baton Rouge without my boyfriend and I felt very safe staying with Bryan and Ashley, something important for a girl traveling alone. Though we only chatted for a couple of minutes, I could tell that they are a sweet couple who are great at conversation. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others.
