Private Bachelor apartment sized house directly on Lake Erie. ULTRA FAST WI-FI, Private deck, Kayaks. The Cottage is always toasty warm all winter long. Queen bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette. Great swimming in shallow, sandy waters. Cottage is only a few minutes from many area wineries, breweries, distilleries and fantastic restaurants serving local food. Walking distance to Pelee Island ferry. Want something completely different? This is the place. It's almost like staying on a boat.

The space
Small lake house built on edge of Lake Erie shore line. ULTRA FAST Wi-Fi with a reliable & continuous 60mbps connection. The water is 4 feet deep at the sea wall and there is a ladder to get in the lake, the lake bottom is a bit rocky near shore but soft sand and shallow 10 feet out from shore. We have kayaks for you to use for free as well (weather permitting) launch Kayaks from swim ladder. As travelers our selves, We take pride in bringing our guests all the amenities and cleanliness standards that we like to see when we travel.

Swimming(use path to water at own risk, uneven and slippery surfaces), kayaks, private parking spot and street parking, mini fridge, hot plate, microwave, BBQ, toaster, cutlery and dish wares, mugs, cups, coffee and hot chocolate mixes. Towels, bed sheets, hair dryer, iron & board. Big screen smart tv with Netflix, Disney, Chromcast, YouTube & antenna TV local channels.
PRIVATE Deck on west (right) side of lake house for lounging on Muskoka chairs and enjoying the view.

Cottage is equipped with standby power generator, in the event of a power outage.

Other things to note
Given that the lake house is right on the bottom of a hill off the water, there are approx. 20 steps or a meandering, sloping path which lead to the lake house. It should not be considered accessible for those with physical limitations, for reasons around safety.

Neighbourhood highlights

Amazing view of Lake Erie, a birders paradise, lots of parks and trails, walking distance to Pelee Island ferry(half a kilometer), great beaches and restaurants very close by, Jack miners bird santuary is close by, etc. The breeze coming off the lake is refreshing, something we hear from most who visit. If your into biking or hiking the Chrysler greenway is a 50k trail starting 2 blocks from the house. We are in the middle of wine country and touring the many wineries near by is wonderful as well as local craft breweries.
