2- Please respect the departure times otherwise a supplement may be requested.
3-Lodging strictly non-smoking
If you smoke outside, please respect the premises, do not throw your butts on the ground
4 Prohibited parties but family event allowed with respect for the neighborhood and the places
5- Pets allowed if clean but not allowed on bed and sofa - do not leave droppings in the garden 🪴
6-Bed linen and towels provided in the rate of the mandatory cleaning fee
7-please wash (and check and store the dishes as this is not included in the cleaning, otherwise a fee of €30 more will be requested).
8- heating/air conditioning is included as standard - it is set at 19/20 degrees max winter and 18 summer - the rental provides for normal use - any overconsumption of electricity, in particular air conditioning that would be turned on 24/24 or windows open will be charged on a 5e/D basis per cap used abusively.
An Ekojo module (under the TV) allows you to see consumption and helps with eco-responsibility 😁🌱
