Charming renovated 2-room apartment in the heart of old Antibes, close to the Vauban port. It includes a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a large sunny terrace. Perfect for discovering Antibes on foot, between beaches, market and old town. The space
Located in the heart of old Antibes, a few steps from the Vauban port, the Provencal market and the beaches, this 2-room apartment has been completely renovated in a style combining old charm and modern comfort. It consists of a bright living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, and an elegant bathroom with walk-in shower. The spacious, quiet and sunny terrace allows you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean days. Perfect for a stay for two or a small group. For added comfort, a parking card is provided to access the public parking lot "Q-PARK Pré aux pêcheurs", located nearby.

The apartment will be ready and clean for your arrival.

MASTERLOCK and SELF CHECK-IN: Please note that in case of self check-in (late and/or without an appointment available) the masterlock to collect the keys is in front of our real estate agency. You will first need to come to the agency to pick up the keys before going to the apartment. The code will be sent on the day of check-in.

The entire apartment is at your disposal so you can fully enjoy your stay here, and a parking pass for the Qpark Pré des Pêcheurs private parking lot is included in the rental.

HOUSEHOLD INFORMATION:
Cleaning is included for free and includes post-stay cleaning as well as bed and bath linen rental by a professional laundry that we also offer.
One bath towel per person is included.
We also provide welcome kits for your first moments of travel (not for the entire stay as at the hotel) namely: toilet paper, sopalin, dishwashing liquid, washing machine tablet and dishes (if equipped), garbage bag, floor products, kitchen towel...

ATTENTION: We reserve the right to charge you for cleaning services if you do not respect the apartment (garbage cans taken out, dishes made and stored, respect for fabrics, floors and furniture, respect for sanitary facilities...)

NOTE: The property must be returned clean after each rental, sanitary cleaned, tidy kitchen, garbage cans, refrigerator and dishwasher emptied
