12 min from the Mâcon-Loché TGV station (1h30 from Paris), 20 min from Mâcon and Cluny or 1h from Lyon, enjoy a bright house renovated with taste, in a magical setting. Located within our organic wine farm (Clos Sauvage), a haven of peace at an altitude of 450 m, the house is surrounded by meadows and forests (you can see our Highland cows). Perfect for a family (6/8 people), you can enjoy a wooden terrace and a garden overlooking a hiking trail.

The space
Within our wine farm, and located behind our home, the harvesters' house is completely independent. It is accessed by a beautiful path going into the forest. The environment is quite magical (no neighbors, in the middle of nature, no noise), you feel like you're at the end of the world...

You access the house via a small staircase. You are in the garden of the house, flowery and well-kept.

The entrance to the house is spacious and practical (bench, coat rack). In front of you, 2 doors: the toilet and laundry room (with washing machine) and the bathroom. A door on the right takes you into the living room: well-equipped open kitchen, small living room with sofa and wood-burning stove, and dining table with 8 chairs. This room opens to the outside through a large bay window and overlooks a pretty wooden terrace.

The 2 bedrooms are upstairs: a master bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed and a dresser to store clothes, a large children's bedroom with 4 single beds that can be combined to make double beds. Possibility to sleep 2 more people on the sofa bed in the living room downstairs.

If you want to come as 2 families or 2 groups, we have another, more unusual accommodation, a 10-minute walk from the Maison des Vendangeurs: it is the Cabane au fond des bois, ideal for a couple who love nature and are a little adventurous (possibly with one or two children).

Other things to note
WINE TASTING: If you wish, you can enjoy a tasting of the organic wines of the estate (Clos Sauvage): Bourgogne Blanc, Mâcon Chaintré, Saint Véran and Pouilly Fuissé in white on the Burgundy side, Beaujolais Leynes, Saint Amour and Julienas on the Beaujolais side.

PACKED LUNCH and BREAKFAST: we also offer, on request, full packed lunches (20 euros/person) and breakfasts to start the day smoothly (12 euros/person). All made from local and organic products from the farm or neighboring farmers.

ACTIVITY IDEAS IN THE REGION:
- Bike on the greenway (from Mâcon to Cluny) or the blueway (from Mâcon to Tournus). There is even the large loop of Southern Burgundy accessible to bicycles over 145 km,
- visit the great Solutré Site (hike to climb the Roche de Solutré, visit the prehistoric museum),
- walk to Cluny and enjoy its lively market (Saturday morning), visit the abbey, for the youngest, do the treasure hunt proposed by the tourist office,
- admire the fresco of the Chapel of the monks of Berzé the city,
- visit the French gardens of Château de Cormatin,
- discover the medieval castle of Brancion,
- do wine tastings at our winegrower friends' in Beaujolais or Mâconnais.

We settled in Leynes in 2019 to found a winegrowing farm. We take care of 8 hectares of vines, a conservation orchard and a few highland cows. We produce organic wines in Burgundy and Beaujolais that stand out for their precision and freshness. We cultivate in agro-ecology (plant cover, presence of trees and animals), our harvests are manual and we work with indigenous yeasts.
