Over 100 years old but modernised and fresh, this house is comfortable for couples or family groups of up to 6 (plus baby). Well-equipped kitchen with an open-plan dining area and a snug that opens out onto the courtyard garden for alfresco dining and drinks, a cosy lounge, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The house comes with a parking permit for Mayors Avenue.
