Modern cottage with large, sunny garden – perfect for couples, friends or families! Enjoy hiking trails, fishing waters and peaceful surroundings, only 15 min from Lyngdal city center. Fully equipped for comfort all year round. Smoke-free, no animals or parties. Rented to calm and responsible people. Your perfect getaway awaits! 🌿

The space
On the ground floor you will find a spacious hallway, bathroom, kitchen, living room, separate toilet room and entire 3 cozy bedrooms. On the second floor there are 2 available rooms, a small living room and a bedroom with a double bed. In addition, the cabin has a great garden room – a perfect place for long summer evenings and pleasant moments overlooking the garden.

In the kitchen you will find most of the kitchen equipment in glass and wood, so you do not have to think about getting microplastics in the food💚 The dining table also has an extender so can fit 8 people, there are also extra dining chairs in the cabin for 8 people.

Also on the property stands a detached annex with a double bed and its own living room, which provides extra space and privacy, ideal for larger children, youth or two families travelling together. Here there is a loft where there are 2 mattresses that allow for even two more sleeping places if desired. The annex is furnished with a TV if the children want some alone time.

The property is located on a nicely constructed, sunny and child-friendly plot with a lovely garden full of life and tranquility. Here the children can romp with an owner and their own zipline, while the adults can relax and enjoy sunny days or barbecue in idyllic surroundings. For indoor activities there is also a selection of board games, which are perfect for cozy evenings together.

You also have the possibility to rent our boat if desired, this is agreed in advance. Otherwise, we recommend quiet paddling trips with our two SUP boards down by the beach that are available for our guests.

Parking on the property is good, with room for several cars.

The surrounding area offers great hiking areas for all ages, and just a short walk away you will find a beautiful beach. Here the kids can build sand castles, swimming or crabbing, while enjoying the peaceful coastal vibe. Between the sandy beach and the boat spaces, a footbridge goes over to a small island where you can take a light hike in forest terrain.

This is the place for you who want both activities and relaxation, in the middle of beautiful nature and close to the charm of the coast.

The cabin is used all year round and we think especially autumn and spring is a very nice time at the cabin 🍁🌱
