This lodge is an 1,800 sq. ft. mountain home located in Evergreen, Colorado, at an elevation of 9,200 feet. It features a bright and open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. There are four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a work area with hi speed internet. The master bedroom, en suite, second bedroom and a second full bathroom are located on the second floor. There are two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom and laundry on the first floor.
For the outdoor enthusiasts, enjoy easy access to hiking trails, lakes, skiing, ice fishing and other recreational activities.
Evergreen is surrounded by conifer, ponderosa and aspen trees, featuring a lake in town, hiking trails, and a historic downtown with bistros, coffee shops, boutiques, specialty shopping, live music and dining.
Living Space
Welcome to the seclusion and tranquility of this quiet mountain lodge for rest, relaxation, and disconnecting from everyday life. Enjoy watching wildlife from all areas of the property. All rooms are equipped with smart TVs. Board games are provided in the living room for entertainment. Oversized sofas, leather seating, and rustic wooden furniture offer plenty of seating for larger gatherings with family and friends.
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen includes dinnerware, silverware, cookware, bakeware, coffee makers - 12 cup drip and 6 cup espresso, toaster, blender, cookbooks, folding highchair and first aid kit. Coffee, assorted teas, sugar, creamer and welcome snacks.
Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms with black out curtains or blinds. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. Extra blankets and pillows are stored in closets and dressers.
Bathrooms
There are three full bathrooms. Two on the second floor and one on the first floor.
Workspace
Desk in first floor bedroom for work or conference calls and plenty of additional counters/space available on the premises.

Minimum age for booking is 25 years or older and staying at the property. All guests must be listed on the reservation and familiar with house rules. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property.
A valid government issued ID is required upon check in - Driver's License or Passport.
Maximum number of vehicles allowed 4.
AWD vehicles are highly recommended. Guest parking in the driveway - there is no access to the garage or sheds. The main road is plowed by the county, and the driveway is fully paved and maintained/plowed during snow.
Wi-Fi access provided upon check in – guests can also access Wi-Fi calling.
Washer and Dryer amenities on site - laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided for convenience.
Guests have access to the entire home and grounds. There is no access to the garage or sheds. Several closets are locked for owner’s use.
Heating and Cooling – homes at 9,200 ft remain comfortably cool all summer long so there is no AC. Heat is maintained at 70 degrees during winter months.
Pet Policy
One pet permitted per stay - only small dogs under 25 lbs, must be hypoallergenic/non-shedding breeds. This is to provide a comfortable and safe rental for guests who have pet allergies.
Fire Safety Policy
No firearms, fireworks, fires in the home or anywhere on the premises at any time. The wood burning stove is not available for use. Wood, propane or charcoal fires are not allowed anywhere on the property due to strict Clear Creek County fire safety regulations.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. Due to a high-risk of forest fires, guests who choose to smoke may do so responsibly outdoors.
Community Disturbance Policy
This secluded mountain lodge sits in a quiet residential neighborhood and is not suitable for parties, loud assemblies or events. Please keep outdoor noise levels to a minimum and kindly be mindful of noise during quiet hours between 9 PM to 8 AM.
Events, Parties, Commercial Photography and Videography Policy
Parties and events are prohibited, regardless of size.
Guests should not participate in film or photography for commercial use or profit without documented permission from the host.

Exterior cameras should not be tampered with at any time. Any interruptions of camera security services will dispatch the property manager to the property for assistance.
Violations will result in a non-refundable immediate removal from the property and a $300 fine.

Wildlife Awareness
Do not feed, approach, or disturb wildlife. Evergreen Colorado is home to a diverse array of wildlife, including elk, mule deer, black bears, and cougars, as well as birds like bald eagles. Use bear-proof containers and secure your food and trash.
Important Considerations: Living with wildlife in Evergreen requires awareness and taking precautions, especially regarding bears. Securing food sources, keeping vehicles and the outdoors free of food, and being cautious around potential bear areas are recommended. Cougars, though generally reclusive, should be treated with respect and caution, as they may follow wildlife into populated areas.
