-For your best comfort and to ensure optimal performance, we recommend setting the AC to 20°C (70°F). Lower temperatures may cause the system to overwork and affect cooling efficiency.

The entire property is just for you!
The house care takers live at the entrance of the gate on the main entrance. However, they will not invade your privacy, unless you call them so support you in anything you might need. They are there to welcome you and to care for the pool every morning so you will have a fresh clean pool every day. They will come only when you are present for a short time. You may hire additional services from them if you request in advance.
Our house is centrally located. It is less than 2 min walking to the beach, about 10 min to El Malecon (Great Wheel) and several authentic Salvadorean food restaurants, and all the fun local artists. We are also about 8 min to the National Park Walter Deininger where you can go do hiking and zip-lining.
Guest access
The property has two entrances. You will use the gate on 2nd street to enter the property. You will use the gate on the 1st street (the beach street) to go to the beach.
You will be given keys for the beach gate.

To ensure everyone has an amazing experience, here are a few simple guidelines.
GATES: Keep gate to beach locked at all times to give you the maximum safety.
Pool:
Water health and safety are important to provide you a beautiful pool. Therefore, no glass glassware or food is allowed in the pool to avoid incidents.
Smoking:
For your comfort, this is a completely smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere in the home. Guests who smoke inside will be charged a minimum of $200 cleaning and deodorizing fee.
Amenities:
While I strive to ensure all amenities are available during your stay, mechanical, electrical, or weather related issues can occasionally occur, and I do my very best to remedy them as quickly as possible.
In the rare and unlikely event that an amenity becomes unavailable, we will provide reasonable compensation as follows, based on the length of the outage and impact on your stay.
Appliances: 10% refund per day
Wi-Fi: 10% refund per day and depending of number the hours without internet.
Internet outages are extremely rare and rarely last more than a few hours. Please report any issues immediately so we can address them promptly.
Power Outage: Water -No Refund
Important to know. The water supply in the entire house runs with electricity. If in case there's a power outage, the emergency water tank will be turn on by our house keeper. The water pressure will be low, but it will give you enough water for your necessities. Drinking water is always available. The stove runs with propane gas. It will not be affected.
Gates: 2 gates
Gate 1 on 2nd street closes daily at 10 p.m.
Gate 2 on 1st street that leads to the beach is the gate you will enter if you arrive later than 10 p.m. except on check-in day when we will wait for you. You will have a key for the beach gate.
Check-Out Time
Check-out is at 12:00 to allow time for cleaning before our next guests arrive.
Additional time can be purchased if there is no next day reservation.
