We have a pool and palapa in the common area, Sky, Internet, and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.

The space
We have 3 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, a closet, 2 double beds and 1 single bed. The downstairs bedroom is ideal for seniors and has access to the small private garden which has 1 sofa bed for 2 people. The master bedroom has an iron and ironing board, 32-inch SMARTV screen, and access to the terrace with barbecue and sink with a living room overlooking the pool, palapa and gardens. We have 2 full bathrooms with hot water, toilet paper, towels, hand soap. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils if you want to cook your food, the living room has 1 sofa bed where 2 adults and 1 minor can comfortably fit, 1 65-inch screen with Internet, we include in your stay filter coffee and 2 jugs with purified water, the room also has air conditioning, all windows and doors have mosquito nets (except the main door), as well as blinds or curtains, the terrace has 1 illuminated pergola where you can spend a bohemian night with family and friends, and for greater privacy the pergola has 3 curtains that you can lower. If you need to wash your clothes, we have a washing machine at your disposal (supplies are at the guest's expense) and retractable clotheslines in a private garden at your service
Guest access
You are entitled to 1 parking space and another for visitors subject to availability, 24/7 surveillance, in the main booth and cluster booth, access to the common area garden, palapa, beds, chairs and tables, as well as the use of the pool which is open from 8 am to 10 pm (Glass containers are not allowed). Quiet hours from 12am to 7am so as not to bother the neighbors of the cluster
Other things to note
From this house you can drive to tourist places such as Jardines de México (20 mins), Cuernavaca (25 mins), Grutas de Cacahuamilpa (1Hr), Lago Tequesquitengo (30mins), Xochicalco Archaeological Zone (40 mins), and various spas that are in the area (15mins) as well as restaurants such as the famous Noa Noa (10 mins) among others. There are also Aurrera Supermarkets, Chedraui (15 mins) and several grocery stores nearby (10 mins).
The Hotel Fiesta Americana Real del Puente is just 10 minutes away, in case you attend an event there.
