Great check-in experience100% of recent guests gave this home’s check-in process a 5-star rating.

The Serenity cottage was built from the ground up to be a relaxing recharging experience. Its eastern border is a 250 acre state park (Lily Point Park) with many trails and about a mile of secluded beaches and tidelands. The cottage is a wonder of architectural design. With 49 windows it cradles you in a special environment that mixes indoors with an serene natural setting. The mini solarium with an antique clawfoot tub invites long relaxing soaks bathed in warm water and natural light.

Pat's place was very cozy, in a lovely quiet setting, with great walking trails just behind the cabin. The heated floor was a nice feature, along with a comfy bed and available Netflix. Pat lives just behind the cabin and was very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Response from Pat:
While is is true that there are other cottages on other lots beside the Serenity cottage, The Serenity has its own 'viewscape', in other words you cannot actually see any other cottages or houses from the windows in the cottage.

A nice quiet retreat with great access to walking trails. It was good (useful) to have the basics there on arrival (like coffee, salt & pepper, milk, sugar etc.). Friendly and helpful host too!

Beautiful quiet cottage, right next to walking trails. The space is well thought out and very comfortable. Great place for a retreat from the city.

Peace and quiet. Fun for us to stay in a place in Washington that we had to go into Canada and return to get to. Very conveniently located for ferries to Victoria. Also Vancouver. Thank you, Pat.

I am a big believer in the concept of 'sacred spaces'. The 'big' cottage is a good example of that. I believe that the space we inhabit has a huge effect on our 'present' and consequently our 'future'. I just finished work on another cottage at Lily Point that further refine…
