* DO NOT USE EXTERIOR FIREPLACE - use will result in a
$500.00 fine and immediate removal from premises.
* Use 3 parking spaces for boat parking and Kayak
racks.
* Outside Refrigerator does not latch please use child
lock every time.
* Make sure to unlatch all four Hot Tub Lid latches
before every use and make sure to latch after every
use.
* Patio Furniture cushions are stored inside the home
and may be used. Please make sure to take them
back inside at the end of the day. Idaho winds are no
joke.
* RV Connections are available for an additional $45.00
per night.
* Release of Liability for must be signed by responsible

* Please leave fan switch in living room to on and use remote to turn off and on.
