Dear Vishwas, I'm sorry but we unhappy with the rating you gave us. Your response <> seems to be completley opposite to the rating stars you gave us. As we are travelling ourselves we have to rely on our cleaning woman how cleans the house is for our guests. But you have been the first guest after we left, so it is not possible that there has been sheets that were not clean, we personally left the house in a clean condition. The sheets have been washed maybe not ironed. Your complain: <>. We think that is the idea of AirBnB, that you rent your private house while you are away to other people who prefer to stay in such a house furnitured and the things these people need for their living, that's the difference to a hotel or a guesthouse. I think if you read the description of the house and look at the pictures you get a precise idea what you'll get. Let me answer the third point. The travel time is mentioned on our description as well, we let our guests know that it takes 25min. to Lucerne main station, and swiss busses are usually on time, and on their homepage they
say that the bus takes (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) min. So I don't understand your complains. In terms of communication, we told you about things to do, we wrote you three possible Taxi companys you asked for. We communicated via (Hidden by Airbnb) when we did not have access to the internet. We answered within 24h, I don't think that the 2 stars rating are justified.
In comparison to our other guests, that really have been satisfied with our house, you should think twice before rating so bad or choose hotel where you at least have to pay twice as much.
