My Property is 1.9 km from the city Railway Station and 11 Km from Jaipur International Airport. It is a well furnished and a prized property of a dentist couple with lush green lawns and well maintained garden with colorful flowering plants. A perfect place to enjoy family holiday with homely atmosphere. It is a unique place with quiet surroundings to relax. Requirements of daily amenities of any type are within the reach of this locality.
The Homestay(Holiday Home) has four spacious A/c bedrooms which can accommodate upto three persons with an extra bed in each room. Each bedroom is provided with flat TV and phone extension and facility for having hot tea/ coffee besides spacious wardrobes. Each room has attached well-kept bathrooms with clean towels, toiletries ,hair dryers and hot water supply. Free wifi is available in the premises on request.
There is a common well furnished A/c lounge and dining area with tasteful interiors.Modern kitchen is a also available for use on the discretion of the host. An array of activities such as indoor games and other play games can be enjoyed within the premises. 24 Hours electricity is available with back up by an invertor. Personal and homely feeling is given by the hosts to make your stay comfortable.
We live on the premises. If required will be happy to assist them 24x7.
All the daily amenities, Malls & Metro station etc are just 2 mins walk away. ATMs/ Money Transfers & Exchanges / Tickets - Air / Train / Bus nearby. Cabs, local transportation, sightseeing can be arrange.

My Property is a Luxury Homestay, equipped with every conceivable amenity and comfort. Each room has an aesthetically designed, spotless en suite bathroom with 24 hr. hot and cold running water, modern sanitary fittings & pressure showers.
Guest can access large Lobby & Terrace area. Beside four rooms & kitchen guest can access Lawn.
All the Four rooms & bathrooms are fully furnished with individual air-conditioning. Each room is equipped with a cable television, an intercom. common kitchen.
Other facilities include 24 hours free high-speed Wi-Fi Internet, free use of a laptop computer for guests and free unlimited drinking water (RO).

Q 1. Can I check in early?
A 1. I am fine with early check in. check in time (12 pm) provided there are no other guests already staying in the listed room. Please mention your expected time of arrival at booking, for a seamless check-in.

A 2. Again, late check out is fine, for up to three hours if no guest is expected.
Q 3. Can I store my luggage at your place till I leave?
A 3. You are welcome to pack and keep your luggage in the hall for later daytime pick up on the day you leave, provided arrangements are made with the maid or host.

A 5. Our home is very safe. We are located in an central and upscale area of town. We are also in a gated community with 24 hour security. The roads are well lit and fine to walk on.

A 7. The bed is king size with an excellent mattress and can fit two very comfortably.
Q 8. Can I do a load of laundry?
A 8. Yes, you can use the washing machine which is on the floor & free of cost.

Q 10. What do I need to bring with me?
A 10. We provide clean cotton sheets, blankets, towels, hand towels, soap, shampoo along with Tea / Coffee / sugar and filtered water.
A small first aid kit is available on request for minor injuries and ailments.
Q 11. Is there a curfew?
A 11. No. You can come and go as you please. Just switch the light off in the hallway on your return if it is late at night.
Q 12. Do you have a hairdryer and an iron?
A 12. Hairdryer are in the room. Iron available on request.

A 13. I can give advice and guide you on the best options.
Q 14 . Can I order dinner from outside?
A 14. Yes, you can order from outside, there are take away brochures kept in the common area. You can use common dining table, as Breakfast & food etc not allowed inside rooms.

A 15. No, You can’t bring & use liquor inside property. Take prior approval.
