The space
Cassandra Apartment: TWO-ROOM APARTMENT | 40 SQM | GROUND FLOOR, Living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchenette, 1 double bedroom + 1 single bed, 1 bathroom with shower, terrace with sea view.
The stay includes: use of the apartment, use of bed linen and towels with weekly change, on request free equipment, according to availability, baby bed, high chair or table, vacuum cleaner. Also includes, use of deck chairs and umbrella on the terrace or in the pertinence of the apartment, use according to availability of canoes for 1 or 2 places in our Residence Albatros (1km distance, free parking) , free internet connection, unattended car parking, final cleaning of the apartment, swimming pool.
The valuable complex Cala Silente is nestled on top of a promontory that goes towards the sea, in an enchanting location that enjoys breathtaking views of the sea: on one side the beautiful bay of Spiaggia dell'Innamorata, on the other the gulf that encloses the beaches of Pareti and Morcone.
Located in the area of Capoliveri in the southern part of the island of Elba, it enjoys a full exposure throughout the day: from the morning dawns to the beautiful sunsets on fire on the sea or behind the slopes of Mount Capanne. On the sea, on the horizon, you can see the mountain range of Corsica, closer are the coasts of the island of Pianosa and those inaccessible and wild island of Montecristo, and immediate, under the complex, is the striking view of the Gemini islands.
The two-room and three-room apartments of the complex are located on three different terraces that decline towards the beach, are surrounded by a pine forest of maritime pines and all enjoy sea views. Furnished in a simple and functional way, they all have large common terraces overlooking the sea, equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and BBQ.
The novelty of recent years is a suggestive pool with hydromassage area and children’s area, usable by all customers staying at Corti Resorts residences.
Through a narrow path of 230 mt. or the road of 400 mt. you reach the beach of Pareti, one of the most beautiful of the Island: with a composition of sand and pebbles, it is characterized by a crystalline sea of green-blue color, and thanks to its position remains sheltered from the breath of the most dominant winds.
